Our commercial kitchen is complete with all the appliances needed for event food service. Including, a 60” ten (10) burner gas range with double ovens, 8 foot commercial vent hood, full size proofer/warmer oven, commercial dishwasher, commercial single door refrigerator, 3 bay sink and 2 hand washing stations. Use of gas cooking equipment requires proper licensing and insurance for caterer within the state of Nebraska, and an additional $250 usage fee.
